Ordering

Once you have filled out the order form, please send us the following:

• A digital image file, slide, transparency or color photograph
• Typewritten copy indicating front and back of card
• A sample of the typeface you would like us to replicate
• A rough layout of the front and back of card
• A logo (if applicable) in black and white (no screens, please)
• Cropping instructions for your image(s)

Our prices include scanning and layout, but we can accept digital files in Quark XPress, InDesign or Pagemaker, Photoshop or Illustrator. Please make sure the resolution is at least 300 dpi at reproduction size. Your files should be in CMYK format and should be saved as TIFFs.

If you are a first-time customer, please include a check, money order or Visa/ Mastercard for full amount including shipping

General Policies, Guarantees & Waivers

Overruns of less than 10% of the quantity ordered will not be charged for; however, shortages of less than 10% will be credited.

Due to inherent limitations of the printing process, we cannot guarantee exact color matches. Nor can we accept responsibility for color variation between your transparency or slide and the actual work of art or product they represent. Please check and approve color and focus before sending us any material.
